Job summary

CommBank in Corowa is seeking a Customer Banking Specialist for our Multi Channel Branch. This part-time role is 27 hours per week with a fixed roster (Mon, Wed, Thu and Fri, 9:30am–5pm).

You will assist customers with transactions, build relationships, and guide use of digital channels. You will conduct Financial Health Checks and process loan/credit card applications while receiving ongoing training.

• Use tools to capture customer feedback and address service gaps to improve experiences.
