Job summary

Dôme is seeking passionate Back of House Team Members in Western Australia. You will help prepare ingredients and menu items to a consistent high standard while keeping the kitchen clean and well maintained.

The role values teamwork and initiative and offers in-house training to help you grow within the network. Shifts are flexible and may run from early morning to late evening, Monday through Sunday, with hours around 5:30am–9:30pm.

Qualifications

• Teamwork and collaboration to support kitchen operations.
• Proactive in identifying tasks and ensuring completion.
• Food preparation experience or familiarity with back-of-house duties optional.

We're currently looking for passionate and motivated Back of House Team Members to join our team!

Dôme focuses on training team members and providing the necessary tools to effectively carry out your role.

As a Back of House Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring that all ingredients and menu items are prepared and produced to a consistent high standard for our guests, whilst keeping out kitchen clean and well maintained.

About you:

• Passionate about delivering food to hungry guests
• The ability to work in a team
• Initiative to identify tasks needing to be accomplished and ensuring they get done
• Experience in a similar role is preferred but not necessary
• Flexibility to work Monday-Sunday, between the hours of 5.30am-9.30pm
