Job summary

Dôme is seeking passionate Back of House Team Members to join our Western Australian cafés. You will help prepare ingredients and menu items to a consistent high standard while keeping the kitchen clean and well maintained. The role supports a great café culture and offers internal development opportunities.

Shifts are flexible across 5am–9pm, Monday to Sunday, with in-house training and opportunities for growth within our network of over 60 cafés across the state.

Qualifications

• Passionate about delivering food to hungry guests.
• Attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Proactive in identifying tasks and ensuring they are completed.
• Experience in a similar role preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce ingredients and menu items to a consistent high standard.
• Maintain a clean, well‑organized kitchen and work area.
• Support front of house and kitchen teammates as needed.
• Contribute to a positive café culture and guest experience.

Job description

We're currently looking for passionate and motivated Back of House Team Members to join our team! Dôme focuses on training team members and providing the necessary tools to effectively carry out your role. As a Back of House Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring that all ingredients and menu items are prepared and produced to a consistent high standard for our guests, whilst keeping the kitchen clean and well maintained.

About You
