Job summary

Dôme Café is seeking a Back of House Team Member in Western Australia. You will help prepare and produce ingredients and menu items to high standards while maintaining a clean, organized kitchen.

Key traits include teamwork, initiative, and a passion for delivering great food. Flexibility to work early mornings through evenings, Monday to Sunday, is required. In-house training and flexible shifts are offered to fit study and lifestyle commitments.

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering food to hungry guests.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Proactive in identifying tasks that need doing and ensuring they are completed.
• Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Flexible to work Monday–Sunday, 5am–9pm.

Dôme focuses on training team members and providing the necessary tools to effectively carry out your role.

As a Back of House Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring that all ingredients and menu items are prepared and produced to a consistent high standard for our guests, whilst keeping out kitchen clean and well maintained.

About you:

• Passionate about delivering food to hungry guests
• The ability to work in a team
• Initiative to identify tasks needing to be accomplished and ensuring they get done
• Experience in a similar role is preferred but not necessary
• Flexibility to work Monday-Sunday, between the hours of 5am-9pm
