Job summary

Dôme Café Group is seeking Back of House Team Members to join our Western Australian network. You will ensure ingredients and menu items are prepared to a high standard for guests while keeping the kitchen clean and well maintained.

Join a long-standing WA-based cafe group offering in-house training, development opportunities, and a friendly cafe culture. Flexible shifts Monday–Sunday 5am–9pm support the lifestyle of students and workers alike.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is preferred but not necessary.
• Flexibility to work Monday-Sunday, between 5am-9pm
• Ability to work in a team
• Initiative to identify tasks needing to be accomplished and ensuring they get done

We're currently looking for passionate and motivated Back of House Team Members to join our team!

Dôme focuses on training team members and providing the necessary tools to effectively carry out your role.

As a Back of House Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring that all ingredients and menu items are prepared and produced to a consistent high standard for our guests, whilst keeping out kitchen clean and well maintained.

About You
