Dôme is seeking passionate Back of House Team Members to join our Western Australian cafes. You will help prepare ingredients and menu items to high standards while maintaining a clean, well‑kept kitchen. This role offers flexible shifts and a supportive training environment to develop your skills.

If you enjoy working in a team and taking initiative, you’ll fit right in. Previous kitchen experience is nice-to-have but not required, and you can work across Monday to Sunday from 5am to 8pm.

We're currently looking for passionate and motivated Back of House Team Members to join our team!

Dôme focuses on training team members and providing the necessary tools to effectively carry out your role.

As a Back of House Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring that all ingredients and menu items are prepared and produced to a consistent high standard for our guests, whilst keeping out kitchen clean and well maintained.

About You

• Passionate about delivering food to hungry guests
• Attention to detail
• The ability to work in a team
• Initiative to identify tasks needing to be accomplished and ensuring they get done
• Experience in a similar role is preferred but not necessary
• Flexibility to work Monday-Sunday, between the hours of 5am-8pm
