Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort, part of Minor Hotels in Australasia, seeks a motivated Conference Sales & Events Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. You will be the primary contact for conferences, corporate functions, weddings, retreats, and other events, coordinating with operational teams to ensure seamless delivery from enquiry to completion.

• Experience in event coordination, conference sales, hospitality, or similar role.
• Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Manage event enquiries from initial contact through to post-event follow-up.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, function sheets, and event orders.
• Coordinate all event logistics including room setup, catering, AV, and supplier arrangements.
• Conduct site inspections and assist in securing new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate booking administration, payments, and documentation.
• Attend event briefings and communicate requirements across departments.
• Be present during events to ensure successful delivery and manage last-minute changes.
• Promote resort facilities and maximise conference and event revenue opportunities.
