A leading accommodation provider is seeking a Guest Service Agent for Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort in Maitland City Council. This role involves being the first point of contact for guests, delivering outstanding service from check-in to check-out. The ideal candidate will have customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude.
