Amplifon in Australia is seeking a Part Time Client Advisor for our local retail store, working Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 08:30am to 5pm. You will greet customers, handle sales inquiries, and support audiologists to deliver exceptional hearing care.

Qualifications

• Computer literacy with Outlook, Teams, OneDrive.
• Experience with appointment booking systems or internal databases.
• Sales experience and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Handle customers at the front desk; greet and meet new customers.
• Handle sales inquiries and contribute to store success.
• Be the first point of contact for the store; greet and answer calls.
• Provide customers with the required information.
• Coordinate with sales team and audiologists to ensure seamless service.
• Participate in promotional activities and outreach programs.
• Assist in revenue generation for the clinic.
• Canvass for business opportunities.
