Job summary

Cater Care in Horsham is seeking a qualified Chef to join our aged care kitchen team. This daytime role delivers high quality resident meals with no late nights, aligning with our stable Thursday to Sunday roster.

You will prepare fresh meals, manage bulk prep and texture-modified dishes while upholding strict food safety standards, and you’ll enjoy career growth with a national provider and access to staff discounts and wellbeing programs.

Qualifications

• Proof of trade qualification in commercial cookery required.
• Experience in commercial cooking, aged care preferred.
• Strong time management and food safety knowledge.
• Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable transport required.
• Current Police Check and flu vaccination (or willingness to obtain).

Pay Rate:

$34 per hour + Superannuation
