Qualifications

• Experienced Sous Chef with a passion for developing people.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Commitment to high culinary standards.
• Experience in menu development, stock control, ordering and cost management.
• Knowledge of food safety and WHS standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head Chef in day-to-day operation.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of chefs and apprentices.
• Maintain exceptional food quality, consistency and presentation across outlets.
• Assist with menu development, stock control, ordering and cost management.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, WHS and kitchen standards.
• Contribute to the long-term growth and success of our culinary operations.
• Foster strong relationships with suppliers to source quality ingredients at the best value.
