Job summary

Dreamworld and SkyPoint on the Gold Coast are inviting qualified Chefs or Cooks to join our Food & Beverage team in part-time roles. You’ll work across cafés, fast-food outlets and event activations, helping create memorable dining experiences for guests of all ages.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume kitchen operations or events-based catering.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and presentation techniques.
• Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Available to work a 7-day roster including weekends.
• Cert III in Commercial Cookery is highly regarded but not essential.
• Physically fit for fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor food quality, stock levels and kitchen hygiene.
• Prepare and present meals with a strong eye for quality.
• Lead and support kitchen staff for smooth service delivery.
• Jump in across functions and activations, keeping things fresh and fun.
