Job summary

CommBank is seeking a Branch Concierge to join our Midland branch on a part-time basis, with roster requirements that include Belmont as part of the role. Rosters are predetermined, covering 31.25 hours per week from Monday to Friday, 9:15am to 4:15pm.

You will work with your Branch Manager and colleagues to deliver outstanding customer outcomes, refer complex needs to specialists, and support banking technology use, while helping customers with loans, cards, and related products.

Qualifications

• Ability to ask the right questions and find effective solutions while keeping the customer at the centre.
• Passion for service excellence and the confidence to refer customers to specialists when needed.
• Ability to work in a busy retail environment and provide holistic solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build personal connections with customers through meaningful conversations.
• Assist customers with in-branch technology and digital banking options.
• Address transactional needs and ensure customers leave satisfied.
• Interview and process applications for personal loans, credit cards and related products.
• Proactively call customers to invite them to the branch for a Financial Health Check or a specialist appointment.
• Follow the Bank's processes, reconcile transactions, and review customers' financial positions.
• Engage with customers through community events and fundraising activities.
• Support team safety and wellbeing, and capture customer feedback to drive improvements.
