Commonwealth Bank of Australia at the Bega Branch seeks a Customer Banking Specialist for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role is part-time with a 21-hour weekly roster, with shifts on Monday to Wednesday and two days off.

You’ll help customers with banking needs and showcase our digital tools. You’ll discuss Home Loans, Business Banking and Financial Advice, assist with enquiries and account maintenance, and demonstrate in-branch technology to provide holistic solutions while upholding risk

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service.
• Experience in financial services, retail or hospitality is preferred.
• Excellent communication and ability to explain financial terms clearly.
• Ability to work in a busy retail environment and provide holistic solutions.

Responsibilities

• Have in-depth conversations with customers about how we can support banking needs including Home Loans, Business Banking & Financial Advice.
• Support customers with enquiries, account maintenance and process applications for credit products.
• Provide options for customers through education and demonstration of in-branch technology and digital banking options.
• Problem solve and provide effective solutions while upholding our processes and risk culture.
