Responsibilities

• Build personal connections with customers through conversations.
• Assist customers with in-branch technology and digital banking options.
• Handle transactions and respond to customers' needs to ensure satisfaction.
• Process interviews and applications for personal loans and credit products.
• Proactively engage customers to invite them to the branch for a Health Check or a specialist appointment.
• Adhere to bank processes and accurately reconcile transactions.
