Zacale Pty Ltd trading as McDonald's in Melbourne's western suburbs is seeking a Part-Time Bookkeeper & Payroll Officer to manage day-to-day financial transactions and end-to-end payroll processing.

You will ensure accurate accounts, on-time payroll, statutory obligations, and comprehensive financial record-keeping with flexible days and hours (20-32 per week). This is a small team role within a busy franchise environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll and bookkeeping is preferred.
• Familiarity with Australian tax and super payments.
• Experience with end-to-end payroll processes.

Responsabilités

• Process end-to-end payroll (weekly) and related payments.
• Lodge payroll tax reporting and withholdings and manage super payments.
• Maintain ledgers, invoicing, supplier payments, and debtor management.
• Perform bank reconciliations and month-end reporting including P&L and balance sheets.
• Maintain up-to-date employee records and TFN/superannuation details.
