Job summary

Northern Sands Trading in Cairns is seeking a reliable, organised, and professional person for a permanent part-time bookkeeping and administration role, including weigh bridge operations. The position blends office tasks with customer interaction and offers three fixed days: Monday, Thursday, and Friday, 10am–5pm.

You will handle general bookkeeping, data entry, customer service, and weighbridge transactions, with training provided for weigh bridge operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in bookkeeping or accounts is desirable.
• Strong data entry and record-keeping abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• General bookkeeping and accounts administration.
