CommBank is seeking a Customer Banking Specialist for the Erina Branch in New South Wales. This part-time role covers a 30-hour week, Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 4:00pm, located at the Erina Fair Shopping Centre.

You will engage customers in branch conversations, assess banking needs, support account enquiries, and demonstrate digital banking options while upholding our service standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service, ideally in financial services, retail or hospitality.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to explain financial terms clearly.
• Strong customer-centric approach and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Have in-depth conversations with customers about banking needs including Home Loans, Business Banking & Financial Advice.
• Support customers with enquiries and maintenance on accounts and process applications for credit products.
• Complete Financial Health Checks to assess customers’ financial needs and identify changes.
• Demonstrate options for in-branch technology and digital banking.
• Provide solutions while upholding our processes and risk framework.
