Job summary

Hookd On Seafood in Morayfield, QLD, is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager for a hands-on, part-time role (20+ hours per week). You’ll work with the owners to keep daily operations running smoothly and drive clear performance KPIs.

Lead shifts, coach the team, deliver great service, support rostering and stock control, and maintain food safety and presentation standards. Full availability across nights and weekends is essential; RSA or willingness to obtain one.

We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to help lead our growing team. This is a hands-on, part-time role (20+ hours) for someone who enjoys a busy service, takes ownership of their shifts and knows how to get the best out of a team.

You’ll work alongside the owners to keep daily operations running smoothly, maintain high standards and deliver against clear performance KPIs. For the right person, there is an opportunity to grow into a Full Time role and then potentially a Store Manager position in the future.
