Job summary

seek.com.au is seeking an Assistant Manager for our restaurant in Melbourne. You will support the Restaurant Manager in leading the front‑of‑house team, deliver outstanding service, and help manage daily operations with a focus on cash handling, inventory, and health and safety.

You will coach team members to help them succeed in a fast‑paced environment. We're looking for at least 1 year in hospitality, strong leadership, and a passion for guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• A passion for great customer service and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability for day shifts with flexible rosters - no late nights or early mornings
