Job summary

The Chip Shop in Port Macquarie is seeking a motivated Manager to join our leadership team. You will cover opposite shifts to ensure strong leadership and smooth operations across the week.

As a Manager, you’ll lead a hands-on team in a fast-paced setting, oversee daily operations, stock, cash handling, and food safety, and collaborate with other managers to deliver consistent results and opportunities for career progression.

• Hospitality or management experience in fast food or quick service environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Hands-on approach and willingness to jump in where needed.
• Ability to cook and work under pressure.
