Job summary

Hookd On Seafood in Morayfield, QLD, is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager for a hands-on, part-time role (20+ hours per week). You’ll work with the owners to keep daily operations running smoothly and drive clear performance KPIs.

Lead shifts, coach the team, deliver great service, support rostering and stock control, and maintain food safety and presentation standards. Full availability across nights and weekends is essential; RSA or willingness to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, fast food or retail management.
• Able to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Organised, reliable and takes ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and support, coach and motivate team members
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues confidently
• Assist with rostering, stock control and ordering
• Manage cash handling and opening/closing procedures
• Maintain food safety, presentation and cleanliness standards
• Monitor KPIs and follow through on operational goals
