Express Employment Professionals – Sydney Hills District NSW is seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join the finance team in Bella Vista. The role covers AP, AR, payroll support and general finance administration with a stable, Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years' experience in Accounts Assistant/Accounts Clerk or similar.
• Strong AP and AR experience.
• Experience with invoicing, receipting, reconciliations, payments.
• Payroll processing exposure would be highly regarded.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Proactive, reliable and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and purchase orders.
• Assist with payment runs and supplier reconciliations.
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve supplier queries.
• Process invoices and payments accurately and on time.
• Prepare customer invoices and process receipts.
• Allocate payments and reconcile customer accounts.
• Monitor overdue accounts and follow up payments.
• Conduct collection calls and assist with debt recovery.
• Assist with end-to-end payroll process.
• Complete accurate financial data entry and maintain records.
• Support reporting and finance administration; assist with ad hoc tasks.
