G'day Group operates Discovery Parks Moama West in Australia and seeks an Assistant Manager who builds community, guides daily operations, and supports park staff. The role suits someone with hospitality management experience and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The incumbent will lead operations in the Manager's absence, oversee check-ins, budgeting, and revenue strategies, and partner with marketing to attract new guests while ensuring high service standards for both

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality/accommodation management or retirement village, lifestyle community, residential community or holiday park.
• People leadership skills with a focus on training and development.
• Strong financial management and budget oversight experience.
• Tech savvy with RMS experience or similar reservations systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Flexibility and availability for weekend and after hours shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and after-hours callouts.
• Oversee guest check-ins, reservations, and accounts.
• Assist with budgeting and maximizing revenue.
• Deliver top-tier guest service.
• Inspire and support the team.
• Contribute to marketing efforts to attract new guests.
