About Treetops Adventure

Treetops Adventure, part of Experience Co., is an adventure tourism company founded in 1998 that operates 16 locations across Australia.

About the role

We are seeking a Park Manager for our West Beach Park. The role offers a good work‑life balance with weekend and public holiday work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service, including guest briefings and active supervision/monitoring of patrons
• Lead, manage, and enforce safety standards for guests and team members, including responding to emergencies and performing rescues when required
• Maintain a safe and compliant workplace at all times
• Complete operational requirements including inspections, audits, and reporting documentation
• Carry out minor maintenance tasks such as tightening bolts, general upkeep, and ensuring equipment/platforms are safe and level
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes including interviewing, onboarding, training, and ensuring staff hold all required qualifications and competencies
• Maintain a hands‑on operational presence, including the ability to safely lift loads of up to 15kg

Qualifications

• Experienced and confident manager with proven leadership and people management skills
• Strong ability to build, develop, and support high‑performing teams in fast‑paced operational environments
• Experience managing day‑to‑day business operations, including staff training, rostering, onboarding, and performance support
• Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to enforce safety standards and operational procedures
• Valid Working with Children Check, current First Aid and CPR certifications (or ability to obtain)
• Experience in hospitality or customer service operations highly regarded
