Job summary

Treetops Adventure in Dwellingup, WA, is hiring a full-time Park Manager to lead a dynamic team and deliver memorable outdoor experiences for guests.

As Park Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, safety standards, staff training, rostering, onboarding and performance support, with weekend and public holiday availability. A strong leader with guest-focused service and a commitment to safety will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality/customer service operations is highly regarded.
• Proven leadership track record with strong people management skills.
• Ability to build, develop and support high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
• Valid Working with Children Check, and current First Aid and CPR certifications (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service including guest briefings and supervision of patrons.
• Lead, manage and enforce safety standards for guests and team members, including emergencies and rescues.
• Maintain a safe, compliant workplace at all times.
• Complete operational requirements including inspections, audits and reporting documentation.
• Carry out maintenance tasks to keep equipment/platforms safe and level.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment including interviewing, onboarding and training.
• Maintain hands-on operational presence and lift loads up to 15kg as required.

About you

You are an experienced and confident manager who is bold, adventurous, and thrives on leading and motivating teams. You bring a proven leadership track record with strong people management skills and the ability to build, develop, and support high-performing teams in fast-paced operational environments.

You are highly capable in managing day-to-day business operations, including staff training, rostering, onboarding, and ongoing performance support. You have excellent verbal communication skills and are confident in enforcing safety standards and operational procedures to ensure a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for both guests and team members.

You hold a valid Working with Children Check, as well as current First Aid and CPR certifications (or the ability to obtain).

About the role

Due to our continued success and growth, we are on the hunt for a Park Manager at our Dwellingup Park. You will be provided a great work life balance but will be available to work weekends and public holidays.

Your responsibilities will include

• Delivering outstanding customer service, including guest briefings and active supervision/monitoring of patrons
• Leading, managing, and enforcing safety standards for both guests and team members, including responding to emergencies and performing rescues when required
• Demonstrating an unwavering commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant workplace at all times
• Completing operational requirements including inspections, audits, and reporting documentation
• Carrying out minor maintenance tasks such as tightening bolts, general upkeep, and ensuring equipment/platforms are safe and level
• Leading end-to-end recruitment processes including interviewing, onboarding, training, and ensuring staff hold all required qualifications and competencies
• Maintaining a hands-on operational presence, including the ability to safely lift loads of up to 15kg as required
