G'day Group is seeking a Park Manager – Qualified Chef for a 33-room remote workforce accommodation camp at Harts Range. This 18-month FIFO contract operates on a 12:6 roster, including travel to Alice Springs in a company vehicle. The role blends park management, team leadership and commercial cooking.
You will lead rostering, site management, food prep, stock control and compliance while delivering high service standards in a remote setting.

We are seeking an experienced Park Manager – Qualified Chef for our site at Harts Rangeto manage a 33-room remote workforce accommodation camp.
This is an 18-month FIFO contract on a 12:6 roster, flying to Alice Springs and travelling to site in a company vehicle.
This hands‑on role combines Park Management, team leadership and commercial cooking.
You will be a confident, hands‑on leader who enjoys working in a remote environment and has strong hospitality experience.
Remote/FIFO experience and First Aid certification are highly desirable.
Before receiving a job offer, candidates must consent to a Federal Police Clearance for criminal records. Additionally, a valid Working with Children’s Check specific to the state is required.
This role may require heavy lifting (up to 20kg), kneeling, squatting, and working with chemicals and machinery.
