Eureka Group Holdings Ltd on the Central Coast is seeking an experienced Park Manager to lead our all-ages rental community in Tuggerah. You’ll oversee day-to-day park operations, manage a multidisciplinary onsite team and drive occupancy, resident experience and commercial performance.

Reporting to the Senior Regional Manager, you’ll champion guest service, maintain high presentation standards, build relationships with residents and local partners, and balance budget, safety and regulatory

Competenze

• Leadership experience in land lease communities, holiday parks, or related settings.
• Proven ability to lead and develop multidisciplinary onsite teams.
• Strong financial management, budgeting and reporting skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building.
• Clear communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience maintaining property presentation, maintenance or facilities.

Mansioni

• Lead day-to-day operations of the community to ensure exceptional resident and guest experiences.
• Build strong relationships with residents, holiday guests, families and the wider community.
• Oversee bookings, guest arrivals and presentation of cabins, caravan and camping sites.
• Plan and coordinate social events to foster an active, connected community.
• Develop partnerships with local businesses and Central Coast tourism networks.
• Lead, coach and support onsite team to achieve high performance.
• Manage park budgets, financial performance and P&L reporting.
• Monitor occupancy levels and develop strategies to maximise occupancy.
• Coordinate refurbishments and oversee property, pool and facilities maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and legislative requirements.
• Respond proactively to operational challenges while maintaining presentation standards.
