BelgraviaPRO is recruiting a Park Manager for Lake St Clair Campgrounds in NSW. The role encompasses managing day-to-day operations, guest experiences, and community engagement, with a focus on delivering exceptional visitor experiences. A strong commercial mindset and hands-on leadership are essential.

You will lead a small team, be involved in maintenance, and work with a supportive national office to ensure WHS compliance and high guest satisfaction. A residence is provided onsite.

Qualifications

• Energetic and hands-on approach.
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Outstanding customer service.
• Familiarity with RMS 9+ booking system and good computer skills.
• Willingness to learn and apply systems and processes.
• Well-developed communication, organisation, administration and management skills.
• Availability to work across a seven-day roster which may include public holidays, weekends, early mornings and evenings.
