BelgraviaPRO is seeking a Park Manager to oversee Lake St Clair Campgrounds in NSW. The role requires hands-on leadership, delivering exceptional visitor experiences and managing day-to-day operations across a seven-day roster.

You will drive guest engagement, coordinate maintenance, and monitor financial outcomes with support from a regional office. The successful candidate will have proven experience in park management, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to safety,

Qualifications

• An energetic and enthusiastic, hands-on approach.
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Familiarity with RMS 9+ computerised booking system and good computer skills.
• Willingness to learn and apply our systems and processes.
• Well-developed communication, organisation, administration and management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to interact with stakeholders in a professional manner.
• Availability to work across a seven-day roster which may include public holidays, weekends, early mornings and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on involvement in cleaning, housekeeping and grounds maintenance.
• Drive business development and guest/community engagement.
• Deliver exceptional visitor experiences.
• Lead small teams and manage staff performance.
