BelgraviaPRO is seeking a Park Manager for Lake St Clair Campgrounds in NSW. The role focuses on delivering exceptional visitor experiences, leading on-site operations, housekeeping, and guest services, with a strong emphasis on community engagement and sustainability.

The successful candidate or team will be hands-on, commercially minded, and able to manage finances and KPIs while supervising small teams across seven-day rosters. An onsite two-bedroom residence is included.

Formación

• Hands-on and customer focused management experience.
• Experience in running a tourism property or park.
• Strong communication with stakeholders and teams.
• Ability to lead small, diverse teams.
• Good problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
• Solid admin and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Be accountable for all business operations and guest experience.
• Lead and supervise small teams.
• Oversee cleaning, housekeeping and grounds maintenance.
• Drive business development and guest engagement.
• Ensure WHS compliance and park legislation adherence.
• Coordinate with national support office and local management.
