This established accommodation property primarily caters to workers, contractors and long‑term guests, supporting clients across the construction, rail, manufacturing, road and infrastructure sectors.
The successful candidate will become the friendly and professional face of the property, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while developing connections within the local community and identifying upcoming projects and new accommodation opportunities.
