Qualifications

• Leadership experience in hospitality, accommodation or tourism.
• History of successfully managing teams and developing staff.
• Strong commercial acumen and confidence managing budgets.
• High operational standards and pride in presentation.
• Experience in park development, improvement or transition.

Responsibilities

• Taking full ownership of park operations – from housekeeping to guest experience.
• Coaching and developing your team to create a guest-first culture.
• Driving business performance with attention to margins, revenue and ROI.
• Hands-on management of compliance, safety, maintenance and presentation.
• Collaborating with support teams to build the park's long-term strategy and success.
