Discovery Parks Robe is seeking an experienced Park Manager to lead our coastal property in Robe, SA. You will manage day-to-day operations, drive guest satisfaction and lead a dynamic team to deliver memorable experiences for every visitor.

You’ll own financial performance, budgeting, and operational excellence across all park functions while collaborating with the wider G’day Group network. This is a hands-on leadership role with weekend and after-hours responsibilities, anchored in the

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of hospitality operations and teams.
• Experience managing budgets, revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Strong operational, safety and compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day park operations, including after-hours calls.
• Coach and develop the park team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Drive revenue, occupancy and cost control through budgeting and forecasting.
• Maintain park facilities and ensure WHS and regulatory compliance.
• Lead local marketing, partnerships and community engagement.
• Build relationships with guests, staff, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve operations and profitability.
• Collaborate with the G’day Group network and lead by example.
