This role plays a vital part in the day-to-day operations of the Cathedral and Blayney Parishes, overseeing administration, finance, property, compliance, and communication, while working closely with clergy, parishioners, and volunteers.

The Parish Administration Manager provides operational and administrative support for the Cathedral and Blayney Parishes on behalf of the Dean of the Cathedral. The position coordinates parish communication, administration, financial and bookkeeping processes, property management, compliance, and volunteer support to ensure smooth and effective parish operations.

The Catholic Diocese of Bathurst was established in 1865, and covers an area of 103,680 sq km. It has 17 parishes with the northernmost being Coonamble, the southernmost Cowra, the most easterly being Lithgow and the most western being Eugowra.
