Archdiocese of Brisbane is seeking a friendly and proactive Parish Administration Assistant to support the Enoggera Parish team. This role helps establish efficient administrative systems while contributing to the mission of the Catholic Church.
Reporting to the Parish Manager, you will provide general office support, assist with reception and enquiries, and help manage parish records as the parish office grows.

Employment Type: Permanent Part-Time - 8 hours per week
Monday and Thursday (9am-1pm)

We are currently seeking a friendly, organised and proactive Administration Assistant to join the Enoggera Parish team. This is an exciting opportunity to support a newly established parish office, helping to build effective administrative systems while contributing to the mission and ministry of the Catholic Church. Reporting to the Parish Manager, you will provide general administrative and office support while assisting in the ongoing development of new systems and processes as the parish office continues to grow.
