Job summary

VERTO in Bathurst invites a part-time Mentor to join the Parent Pathways program. You will provide guidance and resources to parents and carers, empowering their parenting and career journeys.

You’ll support participants, build relationships, and connect them with key services across Bathurst, Blayney and Orange. Work Monday to Wednesday, with pro rata entitlements and opportunities for internal training and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and rapport-building with participants.
• Deliver requests with professionalism and empathy.
• Demonstrate administration and computer skills.
• Be enrolled in or willing to enrol in Certificate III/IV in Community Services or Employment Services.
• Ability to work in a team and autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Provide mentorship and guidance to parents and carers.
• Coordinate services and support across Bathurst, Blayney and Orange offices.
