Job summary

UnitingSA is seeking a dedicated Parent Pathways Mentor to empower families facing complex challenges and help them access education, training and employment pathways. This fixed-term role supports local community and government services across Adelaide's northern suburbs, with travel between sites as required.

You will provide personalised, family‑centred support and contribute to breaking cycles of intergenerational unemployment while upskilling communities for lasting positive impact.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Human Services (Social Work, Education, Youth Work, Employment Services) or equivalent experience.
• Training in working with families facing complex needs.
• Experience in case management and working with marginalised individuals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised, family-focused support in collaboration with local community and government services.
• Work across the northern suburbs (travel between Adelaide north sites as required).
• Contribute to education, training and employment pathways for families.
