Job summary

Paralympics Australia is seeking a Pathways Project Coordinator to strengthen national engagement across the Para sport referral network. You will lead and develop Para Playmakers, coordinating content and resources for allied health practitioners, education personnel and community referrers to promote early Para sport participation.

You will work with the Commercial, Communications and Brand teams to ensure messaging is accurate and audience‑appropriate, and deliver time-bound projects

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating digital communications, stakeholder engagement or similar activities.
• Ability to manage information across multiple initiatives and partners.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clear information transfer.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ongoing engagement and support for Para Playmakers audience with clear information and resources.
• Support engagement activities across the wider Para sport referral network including allied health, education, sport, disability services, volunteers and community organisations.
• Develop and coordinate targeted communications for referrers and Playmakers with consistent messaging.
• Prepare and maintain accessible information and resources to help referrers promote Para sport.
• Facilitate connections between Playmakers, referral networks and system partners to support early engagement.
• Coordinate Playmaker and referrer participation in Para sport events and sector engagements.
• Track engagement activities and prepare summary insights for PA Leadership and partners.
• Analyse engagement data to identify gaps and opportunities to strengthen the network.
