Paralympics Australia is seeking a Pathways Project Coordinator to strengthen national engagement across the Para sport referral network and lead Para Playmakers initiatives. The role focuses on leadership, activation and content development to reach allied health professionals, educators, sporting staff and community referrers who connect individuals with Para sport opportunities.

This fixed-term contract runs until 30 June 2028 and can be based in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating digital communications, stakeholder engagement or comparable activity.
• Ability to analyse data and translate information into practical insights.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management systems, especially Salesforce.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate ongoing engagement, communication and support of Para Playmakers audience.
• Support engagement activities across allied health, education, sport, disability services and community organisations.
• Develop targeted communications for referrers and Playmakers with consistent messaging.
• Prepare accessible information and resources to help referrers promote Para sport.
• Facilitate connections between Playmakers, referral networks and partner organisations.
• Coordinate Playmaker participation in Para sport events, activations and sector engagements.
• Track engagement activities and prepare concise insights for PA Leadership.
• Analyse engagement data to identify gaps and opportunities for growth.
• Maintain strong organisational and administrative practices across stakeholders.
