Job summary

Paralympics Australia is seeking a Pathways Project Coordinator – Administration to strengthen entry into Para sport pathways. The role oversees digital entry initiatives, enquiry handling, registrations and referrals, and maintains calendars with partners.

You will drive data quality and standardised processes across multiple stakeholders for consistent outcomes. The role requires strong organisation, communication and process discipline, with occasional interstate travel and weekend work.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating enquiries or referrals.
• Experience using Salesforce or a CRM system.
• Strong data-management and reporting skills.
• Ability to translate objectives into delivery plans.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• Interest in Australian sport and Para pathways helpful.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ongoing delivery and maintenance of Start Line, processing enquiries, registrations and referrals efficiently.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records for registrations, enquiries and referrals with data integrity.
• Apply and improve standardised processes for enquiry handling and referral progression.
• Facilitate administrative connections between individuals, referral networks and system partners.
• Prepare timely reports on registrations, outreach and outcomes for PA leadership.
• Analyse data and stakeholder feedback to identify trends and opportunities.
• Maintain and update PA’s calendar of Para sport events and opportunities.
• Handle personal information in line with PA privacy and information-management requirements.
• Deliver time-bound Para sport projects within scope, timelines and quality.
