Paralympics Australia is seeking a Para Talent Transfer Coordinator to support proactive talent transfer initiatives across the Para pathway. The role focuses on practical processes to transition athletes with the attributes for elite performance in alternative sports, including those currently outside Para sport.

The fixed-term contract runs until 30 June 2028 and can be based in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane. Occasional interstate travel and weekend work apply.

Qualificações

• Strong administrative and communication skills.
• Ability to foster collaboration in cross-functional environments.
• Understanding of Classification and its role in Paralympic sport is critical.

Responsabilidades

• System Intelligence & Identification of Opportunities: Use system intelligence and data analysis to identify priority talent opportunities across the Para pathway.
• NSO/NSOD Engagement: Engage with NSO’s & NSOD’s to identify priority events, classifications and impairment profiles aligned to pathway needs.
• Individual Athlete Transition Case Management: Support the individualised case management of athletes through key transition points within the Para performance pathway.
• Targeted Communications and Behaviour Change: Support the delivery of targeted communications and behaviour change initiatives to address identified talent gaps across the Para performance system.
