Cabana is expanding with a brand-new Pan Asian offering and is seeking chefs of all levels to join on full-time or part-time terms. You will work with an experienced kitchen team to bring the new menu to life, delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Apprentices, commis, chefs de partie and sous chefs welcome.
• Interest in Pan Asian cuisine.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Attention to food safety and presentation.

Aufgaben

• Preparing and cooking dishes to a high standard per recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Supporting development and rollout of the new Pan Asian menu.
• Maintaining a clean, organised kitchen in line with safety standards.
• Managing stock, storage and ordering.
• Working with kitchen and floor teams during busy service periods.
• Mentoring or supporting junior team members (senior applicants).
