Job summary

Chapa is growing and seeking a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef to join a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen. We value passion, quality ingredients, and a collaborative team committed to delivering exceptional food.

We welcome both experienced and junior CDPs and Sous Chefs with a minimum of five years in the industry. Visa sponsorship may be available for exceptional candidates who can contribute to our ambitious team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in professional kitchens.
• Open to both CDP and Sous Chef candidates.
• Strong focus on consistency and high-quality food.
• Positive, team-oriented work ethic and reliability.
• Australian working rights required; visa sponsorship possible for exceptional candidates.
• Valid NSW driver’s licence is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in running kitchen operations and small events with independence.
• Prepare and execute dishes to meet high client expectations.
• Maintain consistency and attention to detail in food quality.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality service across events.
