Qualifikationen

• Experience in community services or people-focused environments is preferred.
• Ability to build trust and maintain professional boundaries.
• Comfort navigating diverse cultural contexts and language barriers.

Aufgaben

• Provide pastoral care, practical assistance and worker advocacy for PALM Scheme workers.
• Build trusted relationships with workers and assist with medical appointments, transport and accommodation needs.
• Help workers connect with local services and community activities.
• Support workers with workplace and personal matters and during arrivals, inductions and departures.
• Conduct regular check-ins and accommodation inspections; respond to urgent needs.
