Job summary

BLU by Adcorp is seeking an Account Manager for its PALM Scheme Program, based in Castlemaine, VIC. This hands-on role acts as the on-the-ground liaison between PALM workers, the client, and the local community.

You will oversee worker integration, welfare and safety orientation, ensuring compliance and strong stakeholder relationships. The role requires flexible hours and occasional travel to Melbourne.

Qualifications

• PALM Scheme experience in Account Management or related role.
• Background in people management and workforce coordination.
• Strong interpersonal skills and cross-cultural respect.
• Ability to manage competing priorities across client and worker cohorts.
• Autonomous, solution-focused and calm under pressure.
• Excellent documentation, compliance and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the integration of PALM workers into the client site and the broader local community.
• Managing worker welfare, engagement, performance and compliance to BLU and client standards.
• Delivering orientations, safety briefings and ongoing support to ensure workers understand expectations and are operating safely.
• Managing the client relationship and ensuring the PALM workforce is trained and meeting all required standards.
• Resolving issues autonomously on the ground with sound decisions.
• Maintaining thorough documentation and compliance across the program.
• Collaborating with the broader PALM division while independently owning your patch.
• Hours and scheduling will flex to align with client operations; travel to Melbourne may be required.
