The role emphasizes enforcing standardised processes, mentoring staff and maintaining equipment in a high-volume vehicle repair setting.

You will train on-site staff, conduct site audits and work closely with PPG methods to optimise paint operations while upholding EHS practices and company policies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in a high-volume vehicle repair environment.
• Ability to enforce processes as a non-negotiable requirement.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all business levels.
