Job summary

nbn is seeking to attract more Women and First Nations individuals to join our ACCOM award-winning Customer Field Technician Traineeship Program. This 12-month, permanent full-time traineeship includes paid learning and a path to a Cert III in Telecommunications Technology, with support from experienced field experts.

You will work primarily in the field, gaining on-the-job experience while building a career within nbn.

Qualifications

• Customer service mindset and ability to work in the field.
• Valid driver’s license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work in the field helping to connect customers to the internet
• Be employed on a permanent full-time basis with leave entitlements
• Work towards a Cert III in Telecommunications Technology over the 12-month traineeship
• Be supported by experts in the field to complete your traineeship, learning how to be a Customer Field Technician
