Job summary

nbn is seeking to attract more women and First Nations individuals to join our ACCOM award-winning Customer Field Technician Traineeship Program. You will be trained and paid while you learn, with a permanent full-time role and entitlements as you work toward a nationally recognised Cert III in Telecommunications Technology.

The role is field-focused, with an nbn work vehicle, tools, and safety equipment provided.

Qualifications

• Customer service mindset and ability to communicate clearly with customers.
• Willingness to learn on the job and adapt to field-based work.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transport to sites.

Responsibilities

• Work in the field helping to connect customers to the internet.
• Be employed on a permanent full-time basis with leave entitlements.
• Work towards a Cert III in Telecommunications Technology over the 12-month traineeship.
• Be supported by experts in the field to complete your traineeship.
