Job summary

nbn is seeking to attract more Women and First Nations individuals to join our ACCOM award-winning Customer Field Technician Traineeship Program. The role focuses on field work connecting customers to the internet and earning while you learn.

You will be employed full-time with leave entitlements while working toward a nationally recognised qualification, paid for by nbn, supported by experts in the field to become a Customer Field Technician.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a passion for customer service and learning.
• Ability to work independently in field environments.
• Willingness to gain hands-on skills through on-job training and coursework.

Responsibilities

• Assist in connecting customers to the internet in the field.
• Be employed on a permanent full-time basis with leave entitlements.
• Pursue a Cert III in Telecommunications Technology over the 12-month traineeship.
• Be supported by field experts to complete your traineeship and develop as a Customer Field Technician.
